Returns & Refunds

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. Because we work with a surprise concept and sell hygiene products, specific conditions apply to returns.

Cooling-off Period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after receipt. After cancelling, you have another 14 calendar days to return your order.

Conditions for Returns

Our products contain perfume and are classified as hygiene products. Therefore, items can only be returned when:

• The seal is intact
• The packaging is unopened
• The contents are fully complete

Once a perfume has been opened or tested, we can no longer accept it back for hygienic reasons.

A scoop must always be returned in its entirety, including all accompanying items.

Return Costs

The costs for returning the item are at your own expense. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost during shipment.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return (unopened and undamaged), we will refund the purchase amount within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the order.
